These terms are a working draft. The legal business identity, notice address, governing details, intellectual-property terms, and final service policies require owner decisions and Oregon attorney review before paid services are activated.
Services and scope
The agreed resume service description, deliverables, client responsibilities, revision allowance, target timing, and fee will be confirmed before work begins. Timing is a target rather than a guarantee. Services are educational resume-document services, not recruitment or placement.
Client accuracy and conduct
You agree to provide accurate information, review deliverables carefully, and use only truthful claims. You may not ask AmieBeth Consulting to invent credentials, experience, metrics, or other material facts, or to evade lawful hiring processes.
Payments
When activated, one-time payments will be handled through Stripe-hosted Checkout. Prices, tax treatment, cancellation terms, refund eligibility, and chargeback handling must be approved and shown consistently before payment is enabled.
Results
No interview, offer, job, compensation, promotion, ATS result, or employer response is promised. You remain responsible for application, interview, and career decisions.
Deliverables and ownership
Final rights to use deliverables, source-file access, and the treatment of pre-existing materials require owner approval and must be included in the final client agreement.
Third-party services
External job boards, payment providers, meeting platforms, and email services have their own terms and policies. AmieBeth Consulting is not responsible for their availability or content.
